Portland Retail Theft

Portland has been full of theft. People who work retail can't really do anything expect ask the shoplifter if they would like help carrying their stolen item out the front door. Research shows that Multnomah County has the lowest prosecution rating of all of the counties in and around Portland. As a person who works retail I can tell you that there is nothing more upsetting than having drug addicts and other customers who don't give a single flying frack, come in and help themselves to any and all stuff that they would like.
